Introduction

Sick.org is a nation-wide digital care platform that aims to improve the lives of millions of people across the United States by providing access to telemedicine services and state-of-the-art at-home Covid-19 testing.

The problem that Sick.org aims to solve is the lack of access to convenient and affordable healthcare services, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The platform aims to make it easier for consumers and businesses to access telemedicine services and Covid-19 testing all in one place.

My Role

I contributed to the overall design process and oversaw aspects related to product scoping, user flows, wireframes, rapid prototyping, and usability testing.

Additionally, I conducted user research, facilitated co-workshops, and contributed in synthesising research findings to produce viable ideas.
